General Terms & Conditions
1.1 Buying from eFashion.hu:

Orders will be shipped the next day if order is made before 10:00 am, orders made after 10:00 am will be fulfilled within 48 hours. Orders will be delivered to your door within 2-4 working days in case the product is available on stock.

Shipping information: Our orders will be delivered by XYZ company. Please ALWAYS CHECK your delivery on reciept, as we don’t take claims afterwards.

We may check the validity of orders by a phone call, therefore please provide your phone number (if you don’t have a fixed line than your mobile number) at the time of the order.

The products may be ordered by clicking the „Add to basket” button on the product pages. You must fill the order form to place your order. You may ease your future purchase and get various benefits by registering on the site. Shipping costs

eFashion.hu maintains the right to change the price at any time, by publishing the change on the website.

2.Warranty:

• 2.1. The seller is providing warranty for the different types of products by the measures required by law. In case of Extra Warranty is provided this is indicated for the product in question.
• The seller’s liability for warranty is specified in the Hungarian Ptk. and in the 117/1991 (IX:10.) statutory regulations.

• 3.1. By placing an order the buyer aggrees to the terms & conditions and is familiar with the ordering process.
• 3.2. We can only accept orders and registrations in case the required fields have been filled in properly, otherwise eFashion does not take any responsibility for any possible loss or technical issues within the registration process
• 3.3. Orders will be shipped to the following countries
• 3.4. The buyer must check all items in the package on reciept, and in case of complete delivery the customer must sign the proof of reciept. We can not take any claims for missing items after the proof of reciept has been signed..
• 3.5. In case the reciept of the order is not succesful the delivery company will leave a note, and will try to deliver the package 2 more times.
• 3.6. The delivery is made between 9:00 am and 18:00 pm , please use a shipping address where you are able to recieve the package in these hours. (may be your work address)
• 3.7. Products with prices 0 Ft are not available at the given time.

• 4.1. A vevo jogosult a megrendelést követoen 24 órán belül a vásárlástól elállni. Ezt az igényét jelezheti e-mailen vagy telefonon a telephelyeinken. Ebben az esetben a vevot semmilyen költségviselés nem terheli.
• 4.2. A vevo az áru átvételét követo nyolc munkanapon belül indoklás nélkül elállhat a vásárlástól. Ebben az esetben az eladó köteles a vevo által kifizetett összeget haladéktalanul, de legkésobb az elállást és az áru visszaszolgáltatását követo harminc napon belül visszatéríteni.
• 4.3. A Vevo viseli az elállási jog gyakorlása miatt az áru visszaszolgáltatásával kapcsolatban felmerült költségeket.
• 4.4. A GUNK.hu áruházban kizárólag sérülésmentes, hiánytalan csomagolású termék visszaszolgáltatása esetén köteles a teljes vételárat a vásárló részére megtéríteni. A csomagolás sérülésébol adódó költségek a Vevot terhelik.
• 4.5. A termékek visszaszállítását csak az MPL www.mpl.hu futárszolgálattal fogadjuk el.

• 5. A FELELOSSÉG KORLÁTOZÁSA
• 5.1. A GUNK.hu áruházban való vásárlás feltételezi a vásárló részérol az Internet lehetoségeinek és korlátainak ismeretét és elfogadását, különös tekintettel a technikai teljesítményekre és a felmerülo hibákra.

• 5.3. A GUNK.hu nem felelos semmilyen alapon, semmilyen kárért, függetlenül attól, hogy direkt, vagy indirekt, ami a GUNK.hu áruházhoz való csatlakozás miatt következett be.
• 5.4. A résztvevo felelossége felmérni, hogy hogyan védheti meg a számítógépén tárolt adatait a behatolóktól.
• 5.5 Egyedül a vásárló felelos a GUNK.hu áruházhoz való kapcsolódásáért és a GUNK.hu áruházban való vásárlásért.

Bármely módosítás abban az idopontban lép életbe, amikor online megtalálható a GUNK.hu áruházban. Bármely résztvevonek, aki nem ért egyet a szabályok módosításával, fel kell hagynia a vásárlással.
