eFashion are committed to complying with the Data Protection Act and have published this guide to help our customers understand how and why we collect information from you, to whom this information is disclosed and what your rights as a customer are.

eFashion will not share your information with companies outside eFashion for marketing purposes.

Please be aware that if we are requested, by the police or any other regulatory or Government authority investigating suspected illegal activities, to provide your information and/or use your information, we are entitled to do so.


What about cookies?

Our online ordering system uses a cookie to record a unique reference on your computer so that we can keep track of your order as you use the system. This cookie that is saved to your system is valid for a period of 180 days.

If your internet browser is set to reject cookies or if your network firewall won't allow them then unfortunately you will not be able to use our online store. Please refer to your internet browser help file to see how to enable cookies on your p.c.

Refund Policy
We believe in complete satisfaction and nothing else. Therefore, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product, please return it within 3 months for a full refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. Should you need to return any product please follow the instructions on the return slip in your package. Should you return a shirt that was part of a '3 for' or '4 for' deal, the bundle offer will not be valid. The refunded shirt will be calculated by taking the price of the remaining shirts in the bundle at the standard price and subtracting this from the total bundle price. In this instance we recommend you take up our offer to send out a exchange shirt with free postage and packaging so that you don't lose the bundle price advantage.

Please note that the delivery cost is not refunded. We recommend that you gain proof of delivery by requesting a card at the Post Office counter. You will be required to fill-in our address on the card and this will be stamped and the receipt attached. eFashion can not be held responsible for parcels lost in the post. Proof of posting insures the parcel to a maximum value of £36. Please ask a the Post Office counter about options to insure your parcel if the value is over £36.
